Order and claim support
When contacting CHORRA about an order, include your Shopify order number, invoice number, CHORRA order reference, or the same email and WhatsApp number used during the live session.
Damage, shortage, or quality claims
Include clear photos and video of the package, shipping label, internal packing, affected items, and quantities. Do not return goods until CHORRA provides written authorization and the approved return address.
